In need of some leadership words that start with T?

Good leaders are crucial to the success of a business, just as finding the right word is crucial to whatever you’re doing!

I put a lot of time and effort into finding as many relevant and interesting words as I could find to describe a good leader beginning with the letter T below:

Transparent – having thoughts or feelings that are easily perceived; open.

What Attributes Do Good Leaders Have?

There are lots of different leadership styles and attributes that make good leaders, there isn’t just one mold.

However, a few of the commonly shared attributes that some of the world’s best leaders have shared are:

  • Ambition 
  • Self-awareness
  • Focus
  • Communication
  • Charisma

If you’ve ever worked under a good leader, you’ll know it. Just as you’ll know if you’ve worked under a bad leader!

A good leader will have a positive impact on those around them, whereas a bad leader can quickly drag everyone down.

Someone in a position of leadership can – and probably will – be the determining factor in whether or not the business, goals, tasks, or whatever are a success.

It’s important to try and be the best leader you can be, whether that’s in your personal life or at work.
