For those who go through a Kundalini awakening, it will be one of the most powerful, confusing, traumatic, and liberating things they will experience in their lives.
There are several techniques and practices you can use to reach this point. It’s really a personal journey and something that affects everyone differently.
For some, it can even be hard to tell if you’ve really had a Kundalini awakening as it’s often a profound and confusing experience.

In Summary

The best advice I can offer is to not be afraid to reach out for help if you need it. You should try to embrace the positives, and reduce the negatives where possible.
You’ll almost certainly have a deep sense of purpose, a rush of energy, a better connection to both mother Earth and the spiritual world – it’s truly profound and incredibly rewarding.

I have flash light in between by eyes, feel I’m being lifted up high while meditating. It happens as soon as I start meditation. Why so?
