In Summary

The feelings that come with a Kundalini awakening can be extremely difficult to manage for some people.

The best advice I can offer is to not be afraid to reach out for help if you need it. You should try to embrace the positives, and reduce the negatives where possible.

You’ll almost certainly have a deep sense of purpose, a rush of energy, a better connection to both mother Earth and the spiritual world – it’s truly profound and incredibly rewarding.
