I love podcasts. I find them the easiest way to take in quality information that sticks, and you can, of course, rewind and listen to bits over with a click of a button which helps.

He’s helped me achieve a lot personally. As well as over 50 million other’s all over the world (those are stats from his bio).
In his podcast, Tony shares the strategies and tactics he’s used to grow his own business, relationships, finances, and health, as well as how he coaches others to do the same.
Some of the content is made up of excerpts from his live events, interviews with influencers, and there is some other previously unreleased content so it’s a must for any Tony Robbins fans.

Daily Boost Podcast
The Daily Boost is a 10-15 minute podcast that gives you some golden nuggets of information to give you the best start to your day and raises some interesting topics to think about.
The host, Scott Smith delivers important messages without any fluff. He has a cool sense of humor and I really like the way he goes about the content and inspiring people to not just listen, but take action.
The show has had more than 22 million downloads, and with more than 9k episodes to date, there is more than enough content to dive into.

The host of the Optimal Living Daily podcast reads some of the best self-development content out there with author permission.
It covers personal development, minimalism, productivity, and some of the other areas of personal growth. I’ve been listening for a while, they are short episodes and easy to take it.

If you haven’t heard of Pick the Brain you should check out their blog. Pick the Brain is one of the blogs I check in on daily and one of the most popular self-improvement blogs on the net.
Join the hosts Erin Falconer and Jeremy Fisher as they pick the brains of some of the brightest minds in productivity, self-improvement, and health, and help you take the steps to retain your brain.
