1. What causes or issues do I care about deeply?
Asking yourself, “What causes or issues do I care about deeply?” is a powerful and necessary step towards discovering your passions in life. By exploring the causes and issues that ignite a sense of compassion and concern within you, you tap into a wellspring of purpose and motivation.
Reflecting on the challenges and injustices you find most significant in the world allows you to identify the areas where you can make a meaningful impact. It could be social justice, environmental sustainability, education, or any other cause that resonates with your values.
By aligning your passions with the causes you care deeply about, you can channel your energy and talents toward creating positive change and finding fulfillment in the pursuit of making a difference.
2. If I couldn’t fail, what would I do?
If you ask yourself this question, you open a door of imagination and hope. You allow yourself permission to dream, wonder and tap into your truest dreams and desires. When you remove external factors like worries about income, transportation, or support and instead embrace the wonder of what you would do if you couldn’t fail, you’ll find yourself at your true passion.

All too often, life becomes a constant run around of obligations and responsibilities. We’re often stuck in jobs we dislike and in patterns that don’t serve us. Humans are naturally routine creatures, and not often enough do we stop and ensure we are happy and satisfied.
When you stop and ask yourself – “what brings me joy” you’re prioritizing yourself and making your brain think of you. Identifying what brings you joy is a transformative process that can lead to a life filled with happiness and fulfillment.
When you take time to explore the activities, experiences, and moments that bring a genuine smile to your face and a warm flutter to your heart, you unlock the key to discovering your passions and purpose. Joy is an inner compass that guides you toward your truest self. It could be found in creative pursuits, helping others, being in nature, learning new things, or connecting deeply with loved ones.
