Perfect – having all the required or desirable elements, qualities, or characteristics; as good as it is possible to be.

Personable – (of a person) having a pleasant appearance and manner.

Priceless – so precious that its value cannot be determined.
Principled – (of a person or their behavior) acting in accordance with morality and showing recognition of right and wrong.
Privileged – having special rights, advantages, or immunities.
Prize-Winning – having won or of a quality to win a prize.
Profoundly – to a profound extent; extremely.
Promising – showing signs of future success.
Provocative – intended or intending to arouse desire or interest.
Pukka – excellent.
Pulchritudinous – beautiful.
Pulsing – throb rhythmically; pulsate.
Pungent – having a sharply strong taste or smell.
There are loads of words beginning with P that can be used when talking to a loved one or stirring up some romantic, positive feelings.
